Sometimes this classic piece is the only choice. After all these years, it's still the go-to vocal mic internationally; especially for live vocals. In the studio, sometimes a 58 is the best choice even given high end options; (it's inexpensive, hard to distort, and the EQ compliments many voices.) I feel the same way about the SM57's, especially for tomtom's.

I am really happy with this microphone, it has a good quality/price ratio , in the future I'm going to need something more professional but for starters it's the best.

One of the best dynamic microphones I've ever used.

I've used this microphone almost daily for the past 2 years. It's an excellent microphone for productions and recordings in a "vintage style." It reproduces sound in a very warm way and allows rock and hip-hop singers with strong voices to experiment with the characteristics of the SM58.

With the right vocal effects and the right interface, you can get a very good sound. It's a very good microphone for beginners and home studios.

Highly recommended for aspiring artists.

Man sagt es sei ursprünglich für die US Army gebaut oder zumindest zertifiziert worden. Aus meiner Sicht ist es das nach wie vor robusteste Gesangsmikrofon auf dem Markt. Das klingt wie gewohnt auch wenn es klanglich sicher besseres gibt,
Standard seit über 50 Jahren ich habe 53 Stück davon und benutze sie in Chor Projekten.

Shure - immer gut

The Shure SM58 was my first microphone, about 40 years ago. Not much has changed since then, except for the manufacturing location being in Mexico. Compared to other microphones, the SM58 sounds "average," lacking transparency. However, the slightly less-than-ideal sound quality actually makes a positive difference in live performances. The sound is distinctive and clear, without being muddy, and can be properly amplified without feedback. It remains one of the best microphones for live use, and is a true classic.

Toujours eu envie de m'acheter de micro chant mythique. Et là avec le set complet c'est top. A noter, mais je l'avais lu avant de l'acheter, c'est que ce model n'a pas de bouton on/off. Bon rapport qualité/prix. Ravi du rendu son de ce micro. Je ne peux que le conseiller.

Das Micro ist für mich genau das richtige, ohne Schnickschnack, robust. Der Schalter fehlt mir manchmal aber ist auch so ok, er gibt dafür kein knacks. Ich arbeite damit am VL3X und bin sehr zufrieden.

Das Shure SM 58 war mein erstes Mikrofon vor rund 40 Jahren. Da hat sich echt nicht viel verändert, ausser die Fertigung in Mexiko. Verglichen mit anderen Mikrofonen tönt das SM 58 eher 'mittelmässig', die Transparenz fehlt. Was jetzt hier so negativ tönt, macht sich aber im Live Einsatz sehr positiv bemerkbar. Der Sound grenzt ab, ohne unterzugehen und kann entsprechend ausgesteuert werden, ohne Rückkopplung. Livemässig immer noch eins der Top Mikros. Ein Klassiker eben...

Was soll man gross dazu sagen, es ist das Shure SM58, besticht durch zuverlässigkeit und gutem Sound, da es meistens verwendet wird und ich auch schon live die Erfahrung damit gemacht habe, bzw unsere Sängerin ^^ habe ich mich für das SM58 entschieden und werde es sicherlich wieder bestellen.
